Self-sufficient athlete

It is the athlete who has full responsibility for his participation in the sporting event and is able to leave and arrive without needing support from third parties or the race organization, that is, he will be able to face all adversities during the race, from physical and / or mental problems, tiredness, hunger, thirst, rain, cold, heat, wind, taking care of minor injuries etc. You are fully responsible for everything you will experience and experience during your participation, as well as being responsible for your prior preparation regardless of the organization's suggestions.

ITEMS THE ATHLETE MUST CARRY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT::

Backpack with hydration system (minimum 2 liters) and bottles - mandatory item;

Headlamp with spare batteries (minimum of 6) - Mandatory item;

Thermal Blanket - mandatory item, and for the 3 days minimum of 2 units;

First aid kit (tweezers, antacids, analgesics, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, antihistamines, diaper rash cream, tape, gauze, gloves, bandage, antiseptic and whatever else you need) - mandatory item;

Waste Holder attached to the backpack or not;

Bandana, cap or buff;

Fleece or long sleeve thermal t shirt;

Pants or legging;

Change of clothes;

Sunscreen, repellent, petroleum jelly, chlorine;

Food reserve (fruits, chocolates, energy bars, sachets of salt and sugar, etc.);

Amount in cash to cover any unforeseen events.
